About the PALEO collaboration
PALEO (Passive Asynchronous Lattice Exposure Observatory) brings together particle physicists, geoscientists, and materials scientists to develop mineral-based approaches to dark matter and neutrino detection.
The collaboration has about 45 members at 11 institutions in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Slovenia. The spokespersons are Patrick Huber (Virginia Tech) and Chris Kelso (University of North Florida).
